A small, cheap model (via OpenRouter — a few hundredths of a cent per request) turns your sentence into constraints: budget, RAM, location, must-haves, the workload or the model you want to self-host. Without an API key, keyword rules do the same job a little more literally.

Plain code filters the live dataset and scores what's left with the same workload weights as the use-case guides and the RAM math from the model pages. The model never picks a plan.
